Early morning, lunch break or sunset. Fresh air, space to breathe, zero distractions. We train in the park, by the ocean, or wherever your head clears and your body wakes up.

Paying attention to all these areas is essential not only for our overall wellbeing, but also for achieving meaningful and lasting results. I combine evidence-based knowledge with real-life coaching experience, always recognising that each person’s journey is unique.

When we treat ourselves with humanity – instead of harshness – and allow space for flexibility and self-kindness, we get better results and feel better mentally. No one thrives under constant pressure and criticism.

Wellbeing is not about constantly performing or pushing harder. It’s about creating and living routines and habits that truly work for you. We all need moments of success and a sense of purpose to support our wellbeing.

I’m a passionate coach with over 10 years of experience helping you feel stronger – inside and out. I’ve worked with individuals and groups, from everyday movers to athletes, and my approach blends evidence-based methods with what actually works in real life.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Physical Activity, and I’m certified in both health and mental performance coaching. But more than credentials, I bring grounded experience in helping people make sustainable changes that last.

My focus is not just your fitness – it’s your whole capacity to live well. I use powerful tools from mental coaching to help shift the inner patterns that keep people stuck. Because lasting results don’t come from more willpower – they come from a smarter structure, the right mindset, and steady support.

My style? Realistic. No fluff, no hype. Just clear, supportive coaching that meets you where you are – and helps you move forward, one doable step at a time.
